Hilton Garden Inn McAllen Airport

Areisy checked us in and she was so friendly. Went up to the room. It a was spacious and comfortable. Went back downstairs and Areisy was now working at the bar. She was great. We ordered dinner and John the cook made great salmon and he was also very friendly. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

I had the pleasure of staying here, and I felt incredibly welcomed by the staff who were nothing but respectful and kind. Shout out to Hector for guiding me and my mom to some great places to eat and for impeccable customer service. I highly recommend this hotel .

Really nice and helpful personel, bartender was incredible.

Stayed for hubby to do some work in the area, I tagged along to see some new places. I was able to use and enjoy the pool (the only hotel in a 2 week span that I felt had a non scary color of water so kudos to you guys). Room was fine, bed of comfy. Did not use the resteraunt at all so I can not comment on that. Overall our stay was good and the facilities were what we needed.

I want to thank this location for the amazing hospitality. I don’t know who the manager or GM is but it’s starts from the top. It seems like you’re dealing with the same person all day because the hospitality doesn’t change throughout your stay. Thanks for everything

I spend about 2 weeks per month traveling for work. While my room was clean, it was in need of an update and was not up to the standard I usually expect from the Garden Inn price point. There were tears in the blackout curtain, stains in the bathtub, and the furniture generally looked worn. There weren’t extra bedside outlets for chargers— I needed to unplug the lamp or the alarm clock. That said, cleanliness and quiet are the main priorities for me, and it met those standards. The lobby is very pretty and looks like it’s been updated. Breakfast was not complimentary but not overly expensive and tasted delicious. I didn’t get his name, but the man who took orders and served the food both mornings I was there was very friendly and provided excellent service. Parking is free and felt safe. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, including Poncho’s right next door, which is great.

Very nice Hilton. This is Hilton is one of the minorities in the country that go above and beyond servicing their guest. Very simular to how you're treated at a Hilton in Asia (and that's saying something). Staff are attentive to your needs, they are more than ready and capable of handing your groups, rooms are cleaned and have that special touch you get in cruise ships. You can't go wrong staying here.
